May is about paying respect to our bodies & minds by penning a letter to ourselves making a promise, apologising & being grateful for its strengths.

 My Fit Project… focuses on strength, conditioning, endurance, agility and flexibility through short home-based high intensity bodyweight workouts and mobility exercises 

At My Fit Project… you have your own blog to set, record and achieve personalised health, fitness and wellness targets. 

 With My Fit Project… you work towards improving your quality of life by incorporating fitness/exercise into your day anytime, anywhere, and at your ability. 

The key to consistent exercise is developing awareness about you and your body and doing what works for you. Choosing when, where and what you enjoy doing and just do it....no excuses.
