I joined my fit project... because I needed inspiration to get my health and fitness back on track. Not one for attending gyms, I thought that this would be a good idea for me, someone to keep me on track and for me to keep myself on track. The different challenges were great and inspirational. They would follow a theme. Every challenge had different levels – one to suit everyone, from fitness fanatic to just wanting to be healthier (me). I loved reading the inspirational quotes at each challenge and even on my page, adding ones that fitted my motivations at the time.
Try it. A little inspiration goes a long way.

I joined my fit project... because I wanted to further my exercise experiences and increase my fitness levels. I was relatively fit when I joined, exercising on my own and attending classes at the gym. However, I was beginning to lack motivation and wanted to add more variety to my workouts to help increase my fitness levels. With my fit project..., I have definitely received this, with the variety coming in the ever-changing challenges and motivation coming from Donna and the inspirational quotes posted in the Project Blog. As a result, I have seen my fitness and strength levels increase dramatically. My Fit Project has also helped me to stay focused, especially during busy times and on those cold mornings!!
Whether you are a beginner or a fitness fanatic, my fit project... will help you set, and more importantly, ACHIEVE, new and challenging fitness goals.
