What Project Plans are available?
The most powerful motivators to exercise are to log/track what you do and be accountable to someone. Your my fit project…blog and the monthly projects are these motivators.
Choose from one of the following 2 monthly plans when you sign up:
TRIAL YOUR FIRST CHOSEN MONTHLY PROJECT FREE!
Choose Project Only (Only $10/month) if you:
- are self-motivated and enjoy exercising on your own
- can continue your own exercise program without ongoing feedback
- are commited to your own training and program
- would like an inspiring target/goal to keep you on track
- would like a monthly set of short, high intensity bodyweight home workouts and challenges (modification options)
- require fitness goal setting/advice on request
- require specific sport/training advice periodically
- require nutritional advice/guidelines on request
Choose Project with Intervention (Only $79.95/month) if you require:
- 'Project Only' inclusions (see above)
- ongoing feedback and monitoring to adhere to an exercise program
- accountability to keep on track and oversee your set targets/goals
- assistance with setting realistic, achievable, challenging fitness goals (if required)
- an individualised monthly training/sport specific program

Choose Group/Company Projects if you and your team would like:
- a short-term inspirational fitness project based around a theme/topic applicable to your group/company
- opportunities for competition, fun, team bonding
- improved health and fitness levels
- decrease in stress levels
Choose Personal Training and Assessment if you are Brisbane based and would like:
- personal training sessions and appraisements upon request to match individual goals
- group training sessions
- weekly individual training sessions that include the 'Project with Intervention' plan
